Traditional Bread
Ingredients:

1 kg village flour
130 gr dough or yeast
Salt
Water
Cinnamon ground
Sesame
Aniseed
Mastic

Preparation:

If not using yeast, knead the dough with water and flour until soft.
Allow to stand for 4-5 hours.
Knead the dough or yeast with salt, cinnamon, mastic, and water until thick.
Let it rest.
Cut it into pieces and roll them either in shape of a ball or baguette.
Dip it in wet sesame mixed with aniseed.
Let it rest.
Shape and bake in hot oven.
